What color ghost flames for black TA ?
What color ghost flames for black TA ? I need to take my car in a week from monday to get the roof fixed on my TA (bubbles in paint, under warranty). Anyway they are sending it to my buddies shop and he wants to put ghost flames on it, while he has it. He is doing this for free, and does very nice work so I can't pass it up.
Any sugestions on colors? This is a black car. I am thinking maybe a silver w/grey or blue shading / highlights. Or pearle white w/ grey or silver. Either way I want them to be very lite, so they will be hard to see at night but stand out with the sun on it during the day.
Another thought is to paint the nose of the car a different color and have the flames start in this color then fade to another color over the black.
I do not have much time to think about this, and am not sure.

Do a search; there was a black TA with FM5's on here that had some of the best looking ghost flames that I have ever seen. If you can't find it, I have some saved pics of it that I can try to email to you. I have a black Z and would like to eventually do something like it has. They have blue/pearl look to them and are real subtle. Looks NICE!

I really like the way this guy did his white car...but if it was black..id do it exactly like this guy..but incorporate some White..and grey that fades into your black paint at the end..like this guy did where his is green make it ghost flames..taht fades into grey where his turns purplish...towards the tips of the flames..and get a darker grey as it goes..thats what im going to eventually do after my ws6 hood finally gets put on when i get the money..

what would look good on a pewter ta?? do you guys think all black flames would turn out alright? My best friend does it and im trying to come up with something that he can do, but i dont know if i want ghost flames like demonspeed or flames in another color....
