Looks really good, will the 69 be seeing the power tour next year? If so I might get a chance to see it, I plan on going but the only thing holding me back would be money.

Looks good. I want get get all my intercooler piping looking that good.

I would definetly use a bigger filter though.

Pretty sure that will be a choke point in your setup.

Never starve the inlet side of a blower.

I'll dyno tune the car with the filter removed, and then do a follow-up pull with it back on to see if there is any loss. The bottleneck is still the MAF, the rest is 3.5" tube.

D Rock, I'm planning on doing the Power Tour again next year in this car.

I might have the engine running as soon as Tomorrow. Alot of progress lately!

VERY Purdy Tony! The only technical concern I might have would be condensation you'd get from running the cold outside air thru that long of a piece of metal the sits next to the HOT radiator. But Rustangs do it that way, so it must work, right?

Tell me one secret: how do you get the power steering pulley off to polish it?

Oh, and regarding your bottleneck, I have had great sucess with my Grantelli MAF ends (w/stock electronics). I see 5% more air flow with 0 KR or any other issue (other than running .25 seconds faster in the 1/4)

the power steering pulley is an aftermarket item I purchased from Street & Performance. The factory one is junky black plastic. You will need a GM power steering pulley remover to get the factory one off, and an installer to put the new one back on. AutoZone rents the tool for free (deposit required, refunded on return)

If they made a chrome fan belt, you'd be set.

Your engine bay is like one of those rooms in a wealthy house that no one has ever been in and the carpet is still vaccumed to perfection with lines and triangles overlaping. Furniture that has never been sat on unless it was a very very special occasion. Your engine bay is that good. I swear that is what i think of when i see it. MAJOR PROPS to you

HAHAHAH! Thats a funny way to describe an engine. This one looks pretty, but I can assure you it will run as good (or better) than it looks.
