calipers

alright so i am getting ready to do my brakes all around and i wanna paint the calipers to look better. my car is pewter so i dont know what color i should go with.....any suggestions.....i was thinking maybe red but im still not sure

I did the calipers in black and the caliper bracket in silver. Looks real good. I also painted the center of my rotors silver. I used 1400 degree paint from autozone, took 2 days to do, most time spent cleaning existing eqpt.

yeah i say black for the pewter, and i am going with NBM caliper, and polished bracket w/ brushed aluminum caliper decals on my NBM SS

Pretty much any color will look good with pewter. Black or Red seem to work best.

My friends 01 Pewter SS did his red behind OEM z06 wheels, and they look way better than I would have thought

IMHO i wouldn't do red... i would do the polished calipers or NBM on a NBM car like Stangkilr said above

for NBM red brings out the purple in the colorshift...looks kinda off....

Black w/ white/silver letters, Polished/chromed with black, or NBM with silver/white letters (silver accents silver letters whte accents white letters)
