Default Sail Panel Problem

My rear driver side sail panel, the part w/ the little woofer for the Monsoon in the rear hatch area, pops out from the side. Not the side that borders the weathering stripping, but the side where it attaches to the the trim in the rear seat portion that contains the rear speaker and seat belt piece. It fastens into it w/ two little plastic groves that go into holes in the rear seat piece. I don't know why it won't stay in there! Any ideas? I tried velcro and that failed miserably!

There are little white things (i forget what they are called) that hook into the pannel and then they stick in the holes. Im not sure if they even have a name. Take the pannel off and you will see what im talkin about.

I should have been more specific. I am not talking about the 3 white ribbed screws that go into a slit in the backside of the panel to go down into the three holes in the body, but little triangle pices on the backside of the panel on the side. They slide into slits on the other panel in the rear seat portion of the car.

Oh, one thing that helped a little bit was pushing down on it once it is place. I found that they kind of hook in there and without pushing down a little it wont hook.
Im not sure if this helps but I hope it does.
