Default Check out my CUSTOM table!!!

I got bored, had an extra chrome 10 spoke lying around and decided to make a table, i bought some clear acrylic from lowes and cut it to fit inside the lip of the rims, if you look close you can see it, im not to sure about the keg for the bottom but it will stay until i can think of anything else, any input would be great!!! lol

If you look really close it looks like it has something over it.

Good idea for a table. I like it!

Why not loose the keg, elevate the wheel a few more feet another way, and add a glass top on top of the wheel.

The keg makes it somwhat humorous. I like it, but the had to be something you can use for a better base.

That's pretty ghetto, but I'm sure it's only for a garage or a hobby room! I think it is pretty nifty though.

What would be really cool is to get some illumination lights under the wheel, where there hidden and with the flick of a switch itll make it really bling..as far as the legs i dunno if it owuld mess anything up but umm if you could get some metal poles cut and painted black and have it welded or something..good idea tho, i thought about doing that to a 24inch rim but u beat me to it

if ya have a spare axle shaft around, weld that to something flat for the base
then you can really bolt it on with some lugs

I've used a wasted cam or crank for a pedestal. Then make a base..

Tap won't fit through the opening. I tried this a year ago with one of my bent rims. I also have an LS1 block coffee table

i think you should cut the rim off at the top (so only the chrome part is really showing), then put a big piece of glass over it (big enough to overlap the rim) and then find a good base. the rim itself is just too bulky to actually be part of a table, but i think it looks REALLY good under the glass/plexi.
