Default Best wax or polish for Red?

Hey guys I have a Red Camaro SS and it has a few swarls, not bad by any means but I would like to have none!!! Right now I use a brand called Wizards, don't know if you have herd of it or not, works pretty good but I think it could be alot better. So what would you guys use? I am hoping to get answers quick because I am storing the car this weekend and would like to get a coat on before I put it away. Thanks for the help

Dan

There is no best. It's personal preference.

Since you are storing it, I would recommend a sealant. Carnaubas will eventually evaporate.

Haha...I've been trying to figure out a way to save it, so I don't have to type it all the time.

Well, I use Zaino personally, and it works well, but like ZaneO said, it's really what works best for you. You should definitely NOT limit yourself to one product, just because it works well. There are always other products that you might like more!

In case you're interested, here are a couple pics of what Zaino does for me:

I use adams car polish. The stuff really made my red car look really good. And I had it done with zaino but it didnt appeal to me as much as the adams products did. Personal pref.

Zaino is never an answer to a question; it is a personal option. Proper prep work and a sealant sound like the answer to this particular question.

There is a vast world beyond Zaino.

The best is all about a process, not a product.

Hey ZaneO, Didn't we just go over this with another member? ...Oh...I remember. It was a little different. Some guy that power buffed his car w/Zaino.

Trial and error works for this. Like ZaneO said, use what works for you. Zaino is a good product, but try others and see what you like.

I met Adam P at fab fords forever. They really have great products and they gave away I dont know how many bottles of detail spray and clay bars. Man I watched a guy use it on his 20k paint on his truck and it made it look better I went ahead and bought one of adams kits and since them I have his whole line of products. I also have removed scratches and swirls out of peeps cars and bikes. There hand glaze is a awesome product. On chrome it is amazing. Just like the others say. Its a personal perf. But having used Zaino and knowing how many hours it takes to detail a car properly I was sold on adams.

Dan - I have a PC 7424 and a full line of Menzerna product, along with Blackfire. Prep is everything and takes me the most time.
