Kit to Buy For PC 7336
These are just what you are looking for. I have them and absolutly love them They are better made than the Lake County brand pads.
For polish To use before Zaino should be carnuaba free (So 1Z metallic polish is out) I would recommend Sonus new brand of polishes, Meguairs Prof. line, or Menzerna.
Polishes from Autopia
As far as polishes, you will want to try out Menzerna Polishes (Intensive Polish and Final Polish II), or Einzsett Polishes.
Since I've used Menzerna, I'll give you the information on that.
Polish with Intensive Polish on an orange Lake Country pad (tutorial on properautocare.com), remove polish residue with 50/50 alcohol/water, Polish with Final Polish II on a yellow or a white Lake Country pad (tutorial on properautocare.com), remove polish residue with 50/50 alcohol/water. Then feel free to do your usual Zaino procedure. One IMPORTANT note - DO NOT DAWN WASH prior to applying your Zaino. You go DIRECTLY from your Final Polish II removal (with 50/50 alcohol/water) to your zaino application (I'm assuming Z5).

I have been using Meguiar's pads with good success. I think the Sonus pads are of a concave design and I've seen others with a waffle design. What is the benefit of these designs??

Not sure about the waffle pads, as I've never seen or used them.
