Default fender and rear panel badges..

Some ******* backed into my car and i gotta paint my front bumper and hood.
no cracks or anything, just scoffs and whatnot. The car is black with red SS badges and i was thinkin of painting the hood scoop in a silver pearl. My delema is, I dont think it will go with the red badges well and i was wondering if they are just tape on or if they are rivited in. Also where I can get silver trimed badges. Someone please help me out over here.

they have an adhesive backing on them. you can use tooth floss to get them off then w/ what ever residue is left you can use 3m adhesive remover and there you go. I dont know about the silver badges im assuming you can paint them.

you should be able to make your own personalized set! I think it would look good if I picture your idea correctly in my head!

You can get the black badges with a silver edge, my buddy has them on his '00 SS. I would think you can get them from a dealership, as his are stock. Or you can paint them to save money. The adhesive tape on the back of the emblems is the same stuff that holds on the stupid door trim that we all take off.
