Firehawk Hood on a Formula Have an 02 Formula, if I got my hands on a Firehawk hood, would it be a direct replacement or is there anything else I would need?

If you don't want to do the cutting and you can afford to paint it, you can always get a Firehawk nose. I don't know if SLP still has any, but someone out there somewhere will have one. Either from a wrecked car, or some body shop might have one hidden away.

you could get a firehawk hood and it would look nice, however you can also get a superhawk hood and its practically the same thing. then again you can get a raptor hood. I wouldnt worry about being a poser that hood isnt going to add any hp if you line up to a stock firehawk. good luck
