I bought the rims(for cheap!!) from a guy off the mfba.org and they needed to be redone. All 4 rims had minor dents in them on the lips and the surface of each rim had some pits/scratches/rock chips. I had a local wheel repair shop, that I do business with, refinish the rims for $50/rim. That included straightening the lip, fixing the imperfection on the surface, powdercoating the center black, sanding the black center and clearing it to remove the "orange peel" effect, and hand polishing the lips. The regular price is between $150-$200/rim.

Rims are done!! I just need to decide what I want to do with the calipers(Black/silver/polish?) before I put the rims on the car. I should have some pics this weekend as long as the weather is good.

black FM5s are beautiful..esp. on a black fbody. SSean on this site had them on his black SS and wow.. seeing those pics of his car inspired me to get black rims on my car.
