what hardware, it is pressed on if your talking about the bolt and washer in the picture that is just dress up you get those through hillco

No problem! I actually had my Turn-One pulley chromed, looks much better than the hard anodized finish.

I had mine stripped and satin polished to match my satin polish MBA engine goodies. Turned out great!
