Well all I can say is learn something about old cars as well. I know of several people the applied, people into 4th gen fbods, that were not hired because thats all they could talk about. Be "diverse" and be excited. I was told by thier recruiter that they would rather have someone with passion over someone with a degree because they can teach you to write but they can't teach you to care.

I am NOT a technical genious but I am very good at finding out information. Or you can say that I may not know the answer but I probley know who does.

It's a deal. Once it's done we can get some track times on it. track and drag strip. PHR is much more into the cars that can actually put-up than they are into the all-show-no-go cars.

Can't wait to see your car all done!!

Wow Steve- that is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity. One which most of us could only dream of. I think good things usually come to those who deserve it, and I'm quite sure you do. Make the most of it, and if you ever have doubts about whether or not you're fit for the job, just look back at all the posts you started, or contributed to (and how the other members looked up to you/admired your work). This will make you realize that you are, without a doubt! Congratulations!
