Default What do you think about my grille mod

I removed the black plastic grille and behind is of course 8 holes and the camaro engraved in the bumper. I filled all the holes and repainted and bought a 93-97 grille emblem to put on it I know the pics are not the best with my camara phone but maybe you can tell.

Let me know what you guys think.

Definitely looks good. Hey what is the best way to fill those holes? All I could think of is body filler or something and that would probably crack.

I think it looks good. I like how the camaros look much better without the front grill.

I filled with body filler but I didn't get the right thing because I have to get a new bumper anyway just did it to see what it would look like before getting the new bumper. that bumper had a minor wreck and has a gash and a tear in it but its not that bad . just didn't take the time and use the correct stuff because I already had the body filler anyway. next time will be done right though.

there is some kinda plastic filler you can get a napa they prob could tell you it is flexable and does not crack I used it to fix a cracked bumper once and still no cracks

Very nice. I thought about doing that, but decided to go the easy route, and bought the slp grill insert!

I would like to fill mine but they are less noticible on black cars so I'm gonna wait till I get the whole car repainted. Yours looks nice I like the bowtie on there.

The 3M Automix #5887 is a semi rigid bumper repair filler that is in my opinion the best way to go.

Regular body filler "Bondo" has different expansion characteristics, is not flexible, and will eventually crack or seperate.
