I put my black halos on last night and the brackets didn't seem to want to line up. I got them on with a bit of urban engineering but I'd like to use the brackets as intended.

Eyeballing it, the brackets that came with the halos look identical to the stock ones, but this is evidently not the case. Did y'all use the new brackets or swap out the stock ones? Anything to be aware of before swapping the stock brackets over?

i was too lazy to take the brackets off and put the stock ones on the halos. I can live with a small gap between my lights. Some people cant.
