What do you do to care for your T-Top seals so they don't leak?

Go to your local BMW dealer. BMW makes a weatherstrip gel that looks a lot like neosporin (clear thick gel). I don't remember the part number but it is fairly inexpensive and works great. It keeps the seals soft and flexible. The reason seals begin to leak is because A: they are torn B: they are to dry and don't retain their original position.

they leak because you or osmebody improperly took off the t-tops..Its in the owners manual on how to take them off..Most people think you just slide them off and thats how they get fucked up in the first place..
