i have a stock black 2001 z28 camaro and i need some pointers on what to do to make it look good. anyone got any suggestions?

Mine are painted silver. I would like to put stainless insert on but the silver paint would still be visible. How hard is it to remove this piece to get it repainted?

I have a Black Z with Red urethane domed letters meaning they do fill the areas up to level in the middle kinda like if you have round object and cut it in half. The Red looks the best to me because i dont have any chrome on the car. I have Painted silver/gray Z06 rims that have some red in the center hub and the OEM Red bowtie on the back by the Z28. They were $35.95 from Auto Trim Design. They used to have them on there site but had to take them off because of Patent law and did'nt want to pay the high price to Gm to use the rights.But i called the customer service gal and she set me up.(920)832-0094 ext107. They are real easy to apply because they are semi rigid/pliable and static won't grab them where you don't what them. I did put mine on when it was about 40 degrees out which made them even easier to work with then after i got them on took a HOT wet towel put into a gallon freezer bag and put that on top of the letters to make the self adhesive stick and bond.I got the Electric Red and it matches the GM bowtie red.GOOD LUCK. PS If you can get them it takes a week or two because the Urethane has to setup and cure before they will ship.

Thank you. It will flow better once I have my other emblems done the same way and the anniversary 10 spokes which should carry out the black and machine silver look well.

To the thread, i was actually thinking of doing flame letters of the insert. I would like to do it airbrushed but i think someone here should be the Guinea pig.
