i seen pics on camaroz28.com of a trans am body with a camaro front end i like how it looks and wonderwhat you guys think and if it will bolt up.

I dont know it "could" look better but it just doesnt look good sitting there, if i seen that on the road somewere i would prolly follow him everywere he went just to find out what the hell he was thinking.

Yeah I definately do not like the look of it. And yes, while the LT1 camaros look like some sort of baby catfish, and the LS1 camaros look more grown up, that is definately the mother catfish. But, did you guys notice that the Trans Am body had a hardtop? (No production hardtop TAs, correct?)

The body was an LT1 car i believe, (black handles set it off) also the console is an LT1 piece

wow, so many bad things happening on that car
1) mirror doesnt line up with front 1/4 panel
2) side molding from Ta not removed to match the camaro's clean lines
3) door and 1/4 dont come close to lining up

seems like a neat idea for a track car or something, but definately not done well.

@ the catfish statement

i like the t/a wing on the camaro that is just my opion put ya after looking harder at it they dont line.

Correct. No hardtop T/A's

I think it's an insult to both models.

Wow, they made 4thgen versions of these?? I've seen the 3rdgen ones and everything pretty much lines up, Camaro/Firebird used the same doors... but it still looked funny.

well also lets not forget that its a tech car for the innards. just thrown on, laying around **** for the body. ugly as sin but i wonder whats underneath...
