I've got red in mine. Also changed the daytime running lights and the side markers to red. Never had a prob with the police. At least not with the lights. Now the police and the sound of my car, thats a diff story. BTW they show up much brighter in person and in the dark.

So you cruise around with the neons in the nostrils on?
Anyways, I think neons in the WS6 nostrils look badass, I would do it. (If I had a WS6)

in louisiana its illegal to have any non amber/white extra lights on your car, but i might still do that nostrils neon thing. i wonder if you could do it with neons and have it do Knight RIder style gong back and forth?

im not talking about neons, i want to do a triangle of 3 LED's in the middle of the grille on either side that way it wont stand out so much, or do a scrolling light thing like knightrider or somthing, im def not going for a shitty look, just a tasteful subtle difference that stand out from the next guy.

If truck drivers have gaudy add ons, does that make them rice?
I had a blue light in the top corners of my old chevy truck. I also had a 10' whip on there, with running a connex.
how could you do the scrolling thing?
As for what rice is, rice is trying to look fast, without caring if it is fast. A 1,000 hp supra is not exactly rice.

I'm the guy with the blue lights (http://home.ptd.net/~chrispav/transam6lightsmods.html) and I sometimes drive around with them on. I'm not cruising the strip or anything with them, but I haven't had any problems yet. Even other cars on the road aren't pulling over like mad... I'd feel bad if it made everybody freak out too much. I also try to be smart, and when I see a cop up ahead, or they are pulling someone over, I switch them off until I get past. A lot of my friends think it looks great at night, and even more people have commented on the turn signals in the side vents!
