I'm thinking about having the the scoop on my hood painted like the manta decals you can buy from 3rd generations. I was kinda thinking about Hugger Orange! Would that be too much? My next choice was black. Could somebody please photo shop this for me so I can decide? Please post me some pics if you have done this! Hugger will be cool, something different. Black, Navy Blue, Dark Red will all work as long as the color scheme you have setup works.

Since your car is white, Silver or Charcoal would look nice. But with the black roof halo and black mirrors, a black scoop might look better.

hugger orange would look great. Have you considered stripes instead of just the scoop? I saw a white Berger SS with hugger stripes and it looked amazing. Just my $.02

Ive got an ss hood on my 01 white z28 and a black manta stripe.....black leather, black top (t-tops) and I really like it

Checked out your pics on the website. Very nice! Even though you have the orange theme in the engine compartment I would go with black for the scoop. I like the SS decals on your seats (got um too), Again nice ride.

well most of his engine bay has orange accents, so i say go with the orange stripe, but while your at it get your mirrors and roof repainted white. would look killer IMO. also have the manta stripe continue down the roof and to the spoiler, like the zl1 cars. would be hotttt. and you could get the black insert for the hood, forgot exactly what they are called but its on my LE.

I would go with black personally. Though I also agree with stoleit that you should repaint your mirrors white to match the rest of the car. post pics of whatever you decide to do.

I think black would look Badass! I have a Midnight Blue 2001 SS. I also want to get the scoop painted. But what goes with Midnight blue other than Metallic silver? Any Ideas, Thanx!
