Alright, I know how you can solve your first problem. Go to www.truckandcarshop.com. I don't know if they have an online catalog, but if not order one for camaros. In their emblems and grills section, they have any number you want in the factory chevy design. 0 through 9 are available. $14 dollars per digit, available in black or white. Just met the owners at the Portland swapmeet.
