Default how to start a winterized car?

hey, its time to get the 99 ws6 on the road. the car has been sitting for about 6 months. it was winterized before storage. how do i start her up? i heard one person say remove the fuel pump fuse and crank it for 1 minute, others say just start it. what do you recommend?

If it has been stored correctly such as Sta-Bil in fuel and fresh oil change, then you can just start her right up. I guess you could do the fuse thing to get some oil pumped through the engine to cover the internal parts. Sort of up to you bud

Just start it.. don't do anything crazy for the first full tank of fuel.

Hope the battery didn't die

Check air pressures

Check oil

Make sure no critters made they're way into your tailpipe.. quick ejection

i covered the tailpipes with plastic bags to avoid the critters. i also put in the stabil. from what i read, if you have mobile 1 you dont need fresh oil when storing, even though i plan on changing the oil soon. as for the battery, it has been disconnected, hopefuly when i connect it it will have enough juice to give it a start. i think ill just start her right up. i cant wait! i bought the car last year and havent driven iit yet, been waiting a loong time for this!!

Plastic bags won't do much.. if the critters are determind enough, they'll chew right through the bags.

Tip for next year: Stuff them with steel wool
