1963 LS1 Corvette GS Update - PICS!!!!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well finally, after four months at the paint shop
(don't ask) , the GS is now safe and sound back in my hands. These shots were taken a couple weeks ago just after it rolled out of the trailer. My fellow car nut friend (Andy - XSTA Z28) and I have been spending every spare minute working on it trying to hit my July deadline. So far so good - since these were taken, the wiring is well underway, the tail lights and headlights are done. Most of the engine wiring harness is in place. The fuel tank, filler cap, filler tube and wiring is all done. The rear sway bar is installed. A bunch of parts are off at the powdercoater and polisher. I'll post more pics soon showing some of the dirty work... and the results of it all. Boy, I tell ya, building a car from scratch can be a real test of will, patience and a shock to the finances.

Andy.
Any under the hood shots?

Here's an old shot of the frame and engine.
. I can appreciate someone cutting up a C2 and making it look that badass. Nice job
wow... nice.

That vette looks killer, I am going to shoot my father a pic so he can drool a little. He is a die hard Vette lover.
Just to think, the first time I met Mark was in Indy a few years back. And that silver SS with those painted calipers with "Marks" decals set me off on the mod bug. Now my pocket books are alot thinner. The two of you have started so much for me, from c5 brakes, to engine bling, its really nice to sit back and see what you both have done to that Vette. Andy, keep going with that vert, since mine is very close to yours.
