how to get scratches out of interior?

how to get scratches out of interior? how do i get out some light scratches on some interior panels?? and any suggestions on how to get some circular imprints of a car lighter out, besides replacing the whole piece?? a$$hole that owned it before couldnt find the hole to put it back. i just got a few burn circles right near the lighter.

I was a professional detailer for two years and we had a trick to fix holes. If they are small holes or burns, try to clean the area as best as possible. After that, graft a small amount of carpet from under the seat and use a clear glue on it. Just skim the top of the carpet and you won't know a difference. This will work if they are small.
