Thumbs up Post pics of your dash kit

I have been looking into getting a dash kit. However, I am not a big fan of the carbon look. I have seen the molded dash kit in brush aluminum and hope someone has pics of it installed. Post'm if you have any. Even if its the carbon fiber look. Gotta see'm.

Thank you. I know it's not rice looking. However, some ppl (00Z28 Camaro) don't know what good taste is and wanna be derogatory about something or have nothing better to do.

The interiors of all cars lack in the bling area. You open up the door and wa-lah, it's all charcol in color.....well for the most of us anyways. I just wanna see other ppls interiors to see how they done it....well at least for the dash. I have seen plenty of seats redone and they look good.

So, for all of those who have done something different with your dash, please post us a picture.

Thanks

Every time I post pictures of my interior, I get flamed hardcore, but to show some variation of what can be done, I'll post my pics. What matters is whether the driver likes it or not, and I definitely do, so anyone that has to do the flamer posts can shove off

I've done everything the "cheap way" as others have put it, mostly because I wanted to do just that.. do it cheap, see how I like it, then do it right if it's what I like. So all posts you see are 100% works in progress. The entire interior is going to be professionally painted...

I've repainted all of the interior panels except the kick panels (just never got around to it) black, with red accents on the vents, and obviously the center console is red on top. I love the high contrast black and red, so it fits me perfectly. Some other mods not pictured or noticable are my ambient lighting LEDs in my headliner, my faceplate to my CD player is in my sunvisor, and I custom fiberglassed a housing for a 10.5" touchscreen in place of the stock radio bezel. I bought a 9" Camaro STB decal from Brent Franker and placed it on the air bag panel on the passenger side of the car's dash... kinda just added a little flare. Oh, and I also painted my dash pad with flames to give it more character.

It looks really cool from this angle, you can see the flame dash gauges and the flames reflecting from the dash pad onto the windshield.

Woot for carbon fiber interior. It's an inspiration to many, including myself.

I'd like to see a brushed aluminum kit myself. I don't care too much for the CF stuff. Although the couple I've seen in this thread look pretty good.

Here's a kit, but honestly doesn't look very good.
