Camaro Vs Firebird (Appearance)

Iv'e read in a magazine somewhere that Firebirds are faster than camaro's, don't think I believe that. Since I have neither I can say that the Z28 is a little boring looking, and The SS, WS6, and Firehawk are my favorites, but I would pick a Z28 over a T/A because Camaros are classic muscle car that have always kicked the **** outa mustags. Firebirds although I like them are a little funny lookin'.

I think the Formula Firehawk vert is the best looking of the LS1's. I prefer the simpler lines of any Formula really. While the T/A looks awesome, its a bit over the top for me personally. Especially with the WS6 hood.
Now you may ask why I have a Z28? Any T/A or Formula in my price range was a ragged out POS, where as the Z28 was in near mint condition with half as many miles for the same $$$.

Firebird, Mustang, Camaro, and Challenger are NOT and never were 'muscle cars'. They are Pony Cars. Muscle cars are larger, and less nimble. GTO, Charger, Superbird, 442, Chevelle.... those are Muscle Cars.
I had a '00 SS Black that was absolutely beautiful. Now I have a '99 Hawk that is Red. I love them both, but if I could have the SS back again, I'd trade in a heartbeat. I like the rarity of the Hawk, the smooth curves and the rear lights, but the SS gets my vote. I love that hood and the rear wing is really nice. And contrary to most people on here, I prefer the Camaro interior over the Pontiac. Both are badass cars.....get the one that makes you happy.

t/a gets my vote.always loved the firebird line period.owned 5 of them from the v6 to the ram air ws6 i have now.not a big fan of camaros although they are sweet *** rides as well.but always been a huge fan of the birds.but like everyone else has said its all about what you like better.
