Question Converting my 96 formula to the 98-02 style

Hey I just wanna know exactly how hard this is. Would I need to take it to a body shop. Also do you need the impact bars.
I already have the front and left fender. Waiting to purchase the right and rear. I also have the Headlights from a 01 trans am. Also wanting to know if my headlight motorswill work with the new headlights.
I will also be purchasing a Raptor hood.
Thanks ahead of time/
