halo style lights found on ebay

halo style lights found on ebay I have a 99 B4C (Police Z28) I need new headlight covers as the years of driving have pitted the lenses. Has anyone used the "halo" style headlights like the ones found all over eBay for around $125 a pair? I like the Euro Style, but wanted to see if they looked as good as promised, and also were good quality. Lastly do normal headlight bulbs fit? I like the OEM headlight bulbs.

not really just takes some patients to get out, and all you have to do is take off the bracket, take the blubs out of the sockets, and put the halos in and everything back together then wire up the halos. just run the white wire to the bolts next to the brackets that have another ground wire and then connect the red wires together, run them to a switch and run the power line to the power thing next to the fuse boxes and your set.
Got mine on ebay and haven't any problems at all. I even bought some blacked out headlights for my Mustang from the same seller and I haven't had any issues with those either.
I bought mine on ebay a year ago and was totally happy until recently. Each halo ring has 2 LED's at the bottom of it. Well, 1 of the LEDs on my passenger side halo stopped working, so its dimmer than the drivers side and I have no idea how to change it

You're right, they're not on ebay. The black ones haven't been on there lately... I noticed too because they disappeared a couple months back, right as I was going to get them. I guess I'll be getting them from Matrix too. I think they're going to look f'in great on pewter

I always wondered why they quit putting them up cuz if you looked back at the completed listings you'd see that most of them sold... it HAS to be that the sellers are having a hard time getting them because they wouldn't just quit something that works.
i like mine as well.....mine dont seem to be as bright as the pictures that you all have posted....I didnt wire mine to the DRLs i ran through a switch on the inside and directly to the battery....but i get alot of questions about them. pics are in the signature....enjoy
would someone mind explaining to me what exactly the halos are? i see during th edaytime, i mean how they light up at night...
it seems like they have the halo around the real light, and that only the halo can be on, or both the halo and the headlight? if so why would you ever drive with the halos on only is it bright enough..

oh yea also half-n-half all 3 holes are lights...the two outside are regular runnin lights one bulb and 2 holes and the inner most hold is the brights....the instructions also say to wire the Halo's into ur DRLs with stay on when the headlights come on...but i wired mine to a switch so i could leave them on while the car was parked....or the ignition turned off. and no they will not drain the battery....they are LEDs so they run off very little power.
