I was also wondering the same thing. Seems like it would be a nice touch.

Ebay, or check a salvage yard in the area. Check the Corvette forums, and also magazines like Ecklers, Mid America, Corvette Central, Year One etc and see what they have.

To install the C5 seats you need to use your F-body seat tracks and drill new holes in both the tracks and the seat frames. Spacers are installed between the tracks and seats to provide clearance for the reclining mechanism and to compensate for the curvature of the passenger side seat track.

For the wiring, my C5 seats were full power (I am not using the power seat tracks) with memory with a 6 wire plug, and F-body wiring harness is a 2 wire plug. I removed the pins from the 2 wire plug and put them in a 6 wire plug and added 2 more wires to run over to the passenger seat. For the seat side of the connector I spliced in some jumper wires to provide power for the passenger seat and to tie together the 3 hot wires for the drivers seat.

The divers seat does sit up slightly higher than the factory seat by about 5/8" or so, and the passenger seat is about 1 1/4 inches higher, which is fine for my wife at 4'11" tall.

There are a couple of photos of the finished seats on my Cardomain page.
