Default Bulbs in instrument panel?

I would like to know if it is possible to replace them with LEDs? Nad what about the bulbs in HVAC?

Yeah, that is the bulb you need. As for how many, I really don't remember but I'm 99% positive it is less then 10.

i believe it's 8 total. I bought 194 style peanut LED's (same as the sidemarker and turn signal bulb size) and put them in myself. It's really easy. if they dont light up, you've got them in backwards (polarity reversed)

When the polarity is reversed, it won't blow so you don't have to worry about that. Putting it in backwards won't hurt it but it will only work one way. I have been needing to get some also.
