Default Removed side moldings, not stubburn residue, need help

I finally got around to removing the "trans am" emblems and the side molding and it looks great on everything except the passenger side door. There is an outline of dirt or something from where the molding was. I have done several rounds of 3M adhesive remover and very little comes off each time. Is there something more powerful or are there any hints to get this off? Its not glue becuase that all came off on the molding since I pulled down instead of out. Thanks for any help.

Same here, I got the same thing. Its at the end of the drivers door for me. I tried using a clay bar, goof off, and wd-40 nothing has worked for me so far. So if you have not tried using any of those do that first. Otherwise I have no idea. So I am interested on how to get it off as well.

I used goo-b-gone during the whole process on both my formula and z28. I don't have any "dirty" marks on either car. Hope that helps!

I actually have the same problem on my z28 but I'm almost positive what happened is that a layer of clear coat came off with the badge in the removal.

I've used Goo b gone and rubbing alcohol recently and didn't have any problems.
