Sneak Peek...
LoL, I guess I'm stuck up in the black wheel craze but I just love that look. Fortunately (I guess) budget wont allow the swap right now so I've got some work to do on my current wheels. I was questionable about the gloss black as most go satin finish, but I got the work and everything done for a grand total of $30 (not a rattle can job) as my buddy had some paint left over, so I went with it. I think I like the gloss black better than I would the satin black. Ties in better with the taillights IMO.
On the bumper, I have a friend who does just about everything car related on the side for fun and some extra profit. I also had another friend with some extra paint left over from some repainting on his black Vette. He gave me the leftover paint and clear, and my buddy charged me $30 to paint it. That was the only cost involved.
Thanks for the compliments.
They're coming as soon as all this rain blows over. Dennis pushed alot of rain up this way so the car is filthy. I'll get it cleaned up and snap some good shots here soon. The more I think about this, and when I drive the car it really reaffirms it, I need some Nitto 315s back there. Street tires just wont even think about holding what the car has now, much less when I add more power. I think the back tires on my car will hold until winter then I probably will go with some black ZR1s over the winter and roll the car out with them next spring when it comes out of hibernation.
315 DRs + the black wheels to tie it all in =

looks good so far...
