Billet fuel door on a white Trans Am, Pics inside

i think that it is a good idea except i like it if it painted to match the body of the car. i hate that little lip on the stock gas door. the lines of the car seem to be ruined by the little notch for us to open the gas door. the billet gas doors smooth out that annoying little lip. i have thought about doing this for my car but do not have the money to have it painted.

I also thought about that as well, have you checked into the price? local body shop said they would do it for 40 bucks.

I think you should paint it to match the car color, ...
IMO, it stands out too much now, ...
They look good as is on a silver or pewter car, & have seen them painted to match the car color & think they look pretty good that way also.
(Good Luck, & Thanks for keeping your dignity with all the opinons, ...)

ought to look pretty good. Might try having it anodized black so it keeps the metal grain look to it.
