Just to answer a couple good questions I got Via PM I'll post the answers here too...
Using more common 6" dia lights...
because of the tight space in there basically you have to use the Fet Catz SR series lights (5.5" dia just under 2.5" depth). I initially tried a set of Hella 6" round lights (bought used on ebay) but they were too big to recess back far enough to fit behind the grille unless I really hacked up the bumper cover and even then the bottom and top of the light would be blocked making them squared off.
The Brackets..
The brackets I made were from roughly 2" wide 1/8" thick aluminum stock cut to roughly 6 3/4" long. I bent that piece into an L shape with one end about 3/4 longer than the other. the shorter end of the bracket hangs down vertically into the opening. the horozontal piece gets anchored into the bumper support from the top. you have to mount the light to the bracket before you install it all. I do need to tighten up one light so I'll be taking one out this weekend and will get pics and post them on the thread then to make it easier to understand the bracket.

I actually did open up the existing holes more and opened up holes directly behind the fog lights by cutting away some of the styrfoam to help get as much air around the lights as possible. so with the added holes I might not be seeing much if any difference.

Looks good man, I would have used smaller foglights, but different strokes... My dad was asking me to do that same mod for years I just never agreed with him that it would look any good. I gotta say Im impressed, if I ever take off my grille I may do a similar application.

Are thoes driving lights or fog lights? I wanted to switch my fogs over to something more powerful, but cant find anything that fits the way I want it too, and true HID fogs are crazy expensive.

Looks great IMO!!! One comment and one question...
First...I know the driving lights on my Jeep get hot. They are only 55 watt... Any issues with the heat and being so close to the grill? I dont imagine there would be...esp. while moving. Just curious.
About the "more than 4 lights" thing. You could aim those bigger lights alittle higher, and have them only come on with the high beams. Use your lows and stock fogs, and highs with bigger fogs. Then you wouldnt have to worry about forgetting they were all on or what not. Thats the rule with driving vs fog. For with low beams, driving with highs. And you could still have the ability to turn them on with just parking lights, or with no stock lights. Just need a three way toggle.
Looks great either way though! Thats pretty weird how they look so gold/yellow from head on, but from the side they look white/blue.
Good stuff!

Haha...crap! I usually catch it when the grave robbers bring something back. I was too busy reading to notice the post dates. haha.
There should be a pop up warning when you post in a thread thats over a certain age. Like when you hit submit, it pops up and says "Are you SURE you want to revive a thread in which the last post date was xx/xx/xxxx?"

That is exactly how I have them wired. 3 way mini toggle just above my Head unit along with a couple other toggles and mini indicators that I use for other stuff. switch in the Up position the grille lights automatically come on when the high beams come on. Center is all Off. Down is forced on regardless of the high beam or low beam or whatever.
