I live in small town IL 3700 ppl, but I'm an hour away from Champaign, just south of Danville if you have ever heard of it, it's a town called Georgetown. I am not driving the car, as it's under a bumper to bumper aftermarket build. However I know alot of the cops around this area, and the only ones that I say would give gits on it would be the troopers. I know other guys that run clear covers on their vehicles and don't get into it with local cops though...
