paint damage repair i have a pewter trans am and in a parking lot someone hit my car in the rear bumper on the corner. it is not dented or anything but there are spots where the paint chipped off and is bubbled. i think it would have to be sanded down and repainted does anyone have any idea about how much that would cost? it is not a very large area maybe in total 1' x1' to sand down and paint
That is an easy job. I would charge less than $100. I might suggest that you get a certifit bumper cover and just paint the whole thing. I just replaced a honda bumper with a $35 certifit cover and painted it. Way less hassle than sanding and blending the paint. That way you don't have to worry about a bad blending job, peeling paint, or colors that don't match.
