Default Painted calipers on white car??

Any one have a white T/a or camaro and painted their brake calipers? I see alot of red but I'm not sure if it would look right on a white car, and i'd hate to paint them and then get 'em on and say that doesn't look right. Know what i'm saying?

With white, you can go with just about anything. You should pick a color, and have a few matching accents.

I'd try this one. You don't want them to draw your eyes away from the car itself, and I think red ones would. If it were my car, I'd leave them the way there are now. I'm not a fan of the painted calipers.

On my white T/A, I did the caliper brackets in black and the calipers in silver aluminum. Before the clearcoat, I applied black Trans Am decals to the calipers. I think the look really good with the silver cad rotors.

Since I don't have any red on my car I guess I'll be doing white with black, and see how that turns out. Thanks for the ideas.

I did white calipers, black decals, and black brackets. It makes it look a lot more subtle and not so much in your face.

No comments about the shitty snow flakes

You realize by painting them white they will turn brown/black in no time from brake dust, dirt, road tar, mud. That is if you drive it at all. If it stays in the garage and isnt a daily drive, should be fine. And don't do black. You'll lose the caliper in wheel well. Black blends in with the fender wells. I would do red. but good job. did you take off the calipers individually?

Thanks for the pics King James thats the exact setup I want to do, I agree with Nikeair about the black calipers blending in with the wheel well's. I haven't taken them off yet, but I'll probably have to do it one by one. My car's a daily driver but I wash it just about every week, cause I work at an airport and it gets jet exhause/fuel on it I'm sure, and would hate for that to ruin the paint. So it probably would stay pretty much clean.
