finished halo install!
, which wire do I connect the halo red wire to on the DRLs? Gonna do this tomorrow and it should only take 5 min.I believe the wires were blue brown and black. Black is ground though.
I would take the time to solider the wires.
No way did it take me 5 minutes to take off the lights then put them back on to solder the wires.
Also the black rubber trim came off on mine, so I had to reglue it and even now part of the black rubber stick out a little on the edges.
Also you have to be very carefull when and if you losen your fender bolts to properly fit your headlights, because if not payed attention to alighment, the halo lights will leave a gap that is not aligned with the outer hood/fender lines.
how about a day time shot?
God I can';t wait to get my car back and see this with the 3 inch ss hood to

Night driving is where you are going to be able to adjust you headlights for road viewing. Be preprared on a little gap showing at the bottom -not to bad after I added washers- but the look will be well worth it.
I have heard the ebays ones are good, but I got them at k2moter.com

I got this one...
The VERY easiest way is to take out the stereo and reach up and behind the black DRL box to yank out the light sensor itself. It's the wire that's right next to the blinking red light alarm LED on the top of the dash. Just take the sensor and put it in a safe place...no more auto headlights.

Now I gotta glue that back on when there is some daylight. Didn't know that the sensor has to be twisted and then it comes out. Then after that, used another wire tap to short the sensor out, bam no more auto headlights.
