No way did it take me 5 minutes to take off the lights then put them back on to solder the wires.

Also the black rubber trim came off on mine, so I had to reglue it and even now part of the black rubber stick out a little on the edges.

Also you have to be very carefull when and if you losen your fender bolts to properly fit your headlights, because if not payed attention to alighment, the halo lights will leave a gap that is not aligned with the outer hood/fender lines.

I took my sweat *** time no hurry I think after having to readjust some things and soldiering the wires I think it was 1 hour job.

Night driving is where you are going to be able to adjust you headlights for road viewing. Be preprared on a little gap showing at the bottom -not to bad after I added washers- but the look will be well worth it.

I haven't heard of any one buying bad quality halos and my general belief was that most people on this forum buy from ebay, or at least thats what I gathered from doing searches and reading reviews on here about the halos

I got this one...

The VERY easiest way is to take out the stereo and reach up and behind the black DRL box to yank out the light sensor itself. It's the wire that's right next to the blinking red light alarm LED on the top of the dash. Just take the sensor and put it in a safe place...no more auto headlights.

Hey that's good to know, I finished my halo wiring and it took me 10 min. I didn't need to take out the headlight harness again because I just needed to get to the wires. I do have a gap on both sides, its worse on the passenger side though and I used the stock brakets. I'll adjust them when I can. I wired the halos to the fogs instead, now I'm going to take that sensor out. Here are some pics and someone asked for a daytime shot so here it is with my smoked corner lights and yes the halos are on in that pic.

You know, the corner lights were ALOT easier than these headlights. Thanks for the compliments.

Disabled the automatic headlights just now. It was a bit more than just yanking it out. Yanked it out and ripped the little housing where the sensor and alarm light go onto off the bottom of the dash. Now I gotta glue that back on when there is some daylight. Didn't know that the sensor has to be twisted and then it comes out. Then after that, used another wire tap to short the sensor out, bam no more auto headlights.

I have 1 empty slot and potentially 2 others if I take the camaro plate off. I'm going to use the one free one for my line lock though. And I like the camaro plate on there. I'm happy with the way it sits now, just a few minor tweaks to fit the lights with the body and this project is done.
