Actually, they don't look too bad. To me they don't stand out as being "ricey", as they aren't all that distinguishable from the stock lights to regular observers. But regarding the hood -- is that a stock chev hood or is that a ram air from a TA? Sorry if this sounds like a lame *** question.

if by just looking at the pic and not reading what you posted i thought you were talkin about the ground effects and i would say rice.
headlights are not much different so the lights no but that hood and body kit together dont look s hot.

IMO, the car looks out of balance. None of the lines match now. It just doesn't flow very well, IMO. If your going to keep the TA hood, I would think about changing your spoiler. Something just a little bit higher. I think that would help even out the rear with the front. I don't think the Halos are rice either. IMO they look great at night, but off centered during the day.

I had to get halo's after my stock lights had scratches from the covers and seen the price of new stock ones. I am glad I did, they make the front end look so much better. As for people saying the ground fx look rice, my car came from GM with the ground fx, so can't see why that could even be thought as rice. One thing that made me get my Z28 was the ground fx and since I did the LT headers the car scrapes slightly at work, so the ground fx keep the car looking lower without lowering it.

Halo's I installed Halos simply because they were half as cheap as the price of new GM ones and function and fit perfectly.

Rice rice, all I ever here from people is rice. The only way to turn our cars into rice, is to put chinese letters on them and put a coffee can size exhaust pipe on them.
I like those headlights, forget what anyone else thinks, go for it, I bet you get alot of people dumping you on the hood.
