Yes and no...they are, but they are made about 1/4" taller than his normal short ones to make sure they clear my HS rocker arms.

When I put my billett fuel rails on, I eliminated what I thought was the evap (see the braided fuel line in the pics)

Everything runs fine, but man my exhaust stinks like a ****!

so if I didn't already remove the evap, what the hell did I take off?

From what I have read, the evap was important in keeping. Something about evaporated fuel fumes. Anyways, I relocated mine down near the fuse boxes. Also you won't iluminate the SES light.
