Yes and no...they are, but they are made about 1/4" taller than his normal short ones to make sure they clear my HS rocker arms.

When I put my billett fuel rails on, I eliminated what I thought was the evap 
(see the braided fuel line in the pics)
Everything runs fine, but man my exhaust stinks like a ****!
so if I didn't already remove the evap, what the hell did I take off?
