Default Stupid Buffing/polishing question

Well, my PC 7336 and Menzerna twins etc... arrived today! I'm not sure when I can set aside 16 hours or so to do the whole job at once though. Is it possible to wash her up, clay bar, then polish as I have time. It will sit in the garage the whole time until I finish, but I know dust will collect between compounding/polishing/waxing. Can I wipe it down with some water and a microfiber cloth or anything like that, or do I have to set aside an entire day to do this?

After polishing as long as it is inside you can let it sit. I would wipe it down with a microfiber, and maybe a mist of water. If you have access to compressed air, you could always just blow it off.

Thanks for the advice, I was hoping I could let it sit for a little while. I'll definitely try out the compressed air idea, that should work really well.
