Todds Polishing Tips?

Todds Polishing Tips? Starting some polishing (extra TB). Searched, every thread mentions his site, but it's down. 
Anyone save it? Or if anyone has any other good write ups or tips, anything will help.

If they're chrome, just put on a little water and soap, wash off, then get a sock or a towel and polish them till they shine. I love chrome cause it's so easy to handle.
Stainless on the other hand would probably like some heavier soap. Just clean them like you would a polished wheel. Probably takes a little more effort than chrome but not too difficult.
