Default fog light covers

Is there any clear plastic fog light recess covers to inprove aerodynamics out there and are there any way to make the stock fog lights any brighter?

I had Silverstar's on my WRX, in the headlights and fogs. It was a HUGE difference. I would go with Silverstars. PIAA seems toooo expenisve for bulbs, yet Silverstar's are not cheap by any means.
