GMMG Grille

Has anyone bought a grill from stull industries and tried to do what GMMG did with the 69' SS emblem on front? i was told they sold out of all of the black ones, and the only ones left are the aluminum or w/e they are. ( part no. 6006p ) i was wondering if anyone has gone ahead and bought this and tried to strip and recoat it black? wondering how much trouble that was. if ne one wants to make it easier on me and would like to sell me their black grille with the 69' SS emblem feel free

There is someone on ebaymotors selling the black ones with the emblems for like 100 bucks. You might want to check it out.

I typed in camaro billet grill, but it's the wierdest thing I can't find the auction for the life of me?

I'm sure a new auction will come up later. It was buy it now for 100 even.

Anyway if you plan on "coating" a regular grill, don't paint it or it will chip the first time you drive your car. You are gonna have to powder coat it.

that's what I have, I used a 69 Camaro SS grille emblem, but you have to LIGHTLY heat up the emblem and flatten it out SLOWLY, the emblem is fragile and can break in half if your rough with it. I've heard you can run a Chevelle SS emblem and it will fit perfectly to the grille countour, but I used the camaro one. Here's a pic....
