Yeah after the it's all done I plan to mill the coil bracket studs off. I left them there incase I couldn't relocate the coils successfully.

I've got about $300 in supplies and a few other expenses. It mostly takes time. Thanks for all the compliments!

very nice, amazing work
have any pictures of the waterpump/tb seperate?
done by hand or with machine tools?
oh and when you cut the coilpack mounting bosses off you'll have to fill the holes.
find a compitent welder or you'll end up with pits and a friggin mess.... (I know...)

Thanks for the tips Brandon. I don't have any seperate pics. I just took those last night with low light. I used a drill and attachments. Substandard equipment. It took me about two months working on weekends and after work. Sometimes staying up till 1am to "finish" a part that I was working on.

I've used a drill to do some polishing and I got tired and it didn't ever seem like I was going to finish. I guess I got spoiled when I had the right tools.

I bought the drill attacments and polishing stuff from Eastwood, a sponsor ====>
I was a pro at the polishing before taking on this project. I don't have any of the real stuff to do the job right like my previous job had. I'm suprised I even got it all done. I wouldn't recommend trying to save money buying the satin intake and polishing it. It's as rough as a $5 ***** . Just pay the extra $300 for the polished version and call it a day.

Painted black. No rust yet... I'm probably going to get polished stainless Hookers or some twin turbo manifolds.
