Default painting my own "berger" panel

i may paint my own panel BLACK myself...can anyone help me in this process...by the way i have a crap one im going to practice on first..sooo
Any help would be great

It's really not that hard to do, don't worry. Everyone can tell you different ways of how they did it, personally I'd recommend sanding the panel down, spray with a few coats of primer, sand it again to make sure it's really smooth, and then spray your base. *IF* you decide to use clearcoat and have a glossy, wetsand the base so it's nice and smooth (black will show ANY irregularities in the paint) and then spray a few coats of clear. Once that's all done, wetsand again. Just take your time, allow everything to dry 100% inbetween coats, and when you wetsand, really take your time.

take ur time, thats probably the most important step. And do what was said above for a quality peice! Goodluck!

dont worry about screwing it up, my suggestion would be to get a spare one

get some fairly fine sand paper, just enough to rough up the surface, and then use your wal mart matte black bumper paint. results in my WWW
