Default After market hoods

I hope I am posting this in the right place, but just wanted to know how much ill end up paying to have someone prep, paint, and install a new hood on my z. I know some of you guys have after market hoods, so please post up!

you could very easily install it yourself. Unless it's a pin-on all aftermarket hoods use the stock hardware.

Prep and paint, probably somewhere between $200-$400 depending on where you go. There's no set price.

I've heard as much as $600-$700 for a good paint job, which is around what I plan to pay for my hood. No quotes yet, just what I've heard.

damn thats alot !!!! Mine is going to be a pin on, is there going to be any kind of vibration with the pin on hood going down the road at say 80mph?

probably, since it's just a piece of fiberglass held on by a couple of pins and clips.

I'd expect vibration and fluttering even on a bolt on hood.
