Jailtime in michigan for tinted windows
I think the bill was stuck in committee. But to compare Michigan auto laws to Ohio are ridiculous. Compare:
No front license plate in Michigan
No emissions or safety inspections in Michigan
Speed Limit = 70 MPH max, even in urban areas and usually you can cruise at 79 mph without being stopped by the state boys.
No toll roads (except Mackinaw Bridge)
No HOV lanes
No Ohio troopers (enuff said!)
Besides, who cares about tint - the sun is only out about 30 days a year in Michigan, max! LOL
The legal limit on tint in Ohio is 50% NOT 35% like stated in post #3

EDIT: But then I couldn't drive my TA, so **** that.

HA! You think I'm going to click on that link? Bet it's a trick to trace us Michigan drivers.
Just face it OH = CA with worse weather. The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
As far the most strict auto laws...hands down, that goes to CA. That's not the problem...the problem is little fuckstick laws like this, the OH law that says you've got to keep your grass under 8"...this isn't Hitler running the ******* country either.
Then, you got the gun laws. Holy ****...they claim gun control will lower crime rates. Horseshit, people that intend to commit a crime using a gun/concealed weapon don't give a damn whether they're allowed to carry it on them or not.
Not to mention, the government is more worried about tax evasion and getting their money than they are getting rid of these little 150 lb. MS-13 *******...and we're still $15 Trillion in debt.
On that note, GA isn't that bad on tint...at least not around here. As long as you don't have 5% you should be good around here.
