Default Neon interior

I was thinking of doing this for a long time and finally had some time. Ive seen it here from a few others and decided to go for it. They are 20" long red neon tubes at each side under the dash. Pretty simple to do, looks amazing at night since TA dash is red also. I installed them with a separate switch to turn them on and off when I want. I know they look great and definitive not rice. What you say?

i use to have the neon under my dash by my feet, looked good but this time in my 02 SS, i added some red accent lighting under the driver and passenger seats, cool thing about that it is illuminates not only the floor in front where your feet go, but the rear floor boards as well, basically the entire floor of the car...its sweet...plus its not overpoweing..almost could be stock, but we all know interior neons will NEVER be stock hahaha

NEON doesn't produce heat.

Cold Cathode lighting is a lil better than neon, it doesn't produce heat either, but has a lil brighter or move "angle" of a coverage area....Lil thinner tubes as well. $6.50 for a pair off Ebay. Looks good though buddy, I have some white Cathodes waiting to go in, with the rest of the interior...

Its nice to see tasteful neon, especially when you cant see the tubes.
