It went into the car only for mock up, nor permenently. It's reinforced FG short hair over the existing dash.

offtopic, but what did you to to prep the intake? 180, 320, 400? Adhesion promoter and then just regular paint products afterwards?

All of my work I prep up to 800, then use my duratec primer then up to 2000 and spray

is there any way to just paint the stock dash with out carbon fibering it?

can you pm me how you did this if i had a fire bird id buy it from you but i like the camaro dash id like one in mine so i was wondering how you did it?

Shane, sorry for the necro post. By Fiberglassing it you are creating a hardshell for the paint to bite into. If you were to just Bondo the OEM dash it would flex over time, and the bondo would crack.

This thing needs to leave!!! It's gonna b n the way this winter
