Town Fair Tire.. idiots..
Well, unfortunately for me, around May, I had my car's tires rotated at Town Fair Tire in East Hartford, CT. I was in such a rush to leave since they took 2.5 hours (literally, no joke) for a *free* tire rotation, that I didn't check. Also, I didn't know to check at that time. I went on vacation for a month, came back and when I went to detail me car, I noticed the slight bulge of the fender, but even worse, the fiberglass around one of the bolts is totally cracked! So months later when I notice this, as I don't drive this car much nor do I detail it that often.
Should I bring it back, let them rotate tires again and hope they jack it up like that again and bring it up? Or should I call the company and tell them "In May..."
Thanks for your input.

After they deny having done the damage, request a corporate claims contact. If they do not give that to you, do research about small claims in your state. Likely the first step is drafting a Declarations Letter and delivering it to the shop manager.
Once the manager sees you are following a legal procedure his tune will change and he will be more than happy to pass you off to claims.
But, if it is a private shop, you will have to go to small claims.

You're totally hosed.
Can't say it's acceptable for any shop manager to laugh at a customer, but in this case, it's just been to long. Unbolt the fender, patch up the crack, whack the mount back with a 2x4 and big hammer, and reinstall it. If the fender is bent over very badly, warm it up first so it doesn't crack worse.
Don't put alot of money into replacing the whole fender because it just isn't worth it. This happens too often.
Get on with your life and make a point of bringing this up each time you have the car worked on.
Our cars are getting less and less common and this is not going to get any better.
